Who We Are

Mission Statement

R & R Youth and Community Empowerment Organization was born out of the need to set a national agenda for our youth and to bless our communities around the nation. Our mission entails providing positive role models to educate youth and communities in the areas of financial literacy, entrepreneurship, conflict resolution, resume writing, abstinence, black history, and the judicial system.  We also teach churches and nonprofits how to recycle monies back into their communities and organizations at no cost.

Our Leader, Minister Ron Williams

Minister Ron Williams, a Myrtle Beach native, has always had a passion for empowering and giving back to the underprivileged, youth, and African American communities. When he was a young boy he always dreamed of one day being used by God to empower, impact, and help people in need.  His dream has finally come true!  As a retired military service member, he faithfully served his country for 20 years. Minister Williams is the founder of R & R Youth and Community Empowerment Organization which is a non-profit born out of the need to set a national agenda for our youth and to bless our communities around the nation.  R & R Youth and Community Empowerment Organization is the “official sponsor” of the 50^th Year Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Tributes in Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and Savannah in 2018.
